Counselor's Corner

Welcome to the Counselor's Corner at Algonquin Middle School.  Mrs. Christianne Abbott and Ms. Amanda Kuechle are our counselors.  Mrs. Abbott is responsible for students whose last names start with the letters A-K.  Ms. Kuechle is responsible for students whose last names start with L-Z.

Our Philosophy

As middle school counselors, our role is to promote the healthy social, emotional, and academic development of middle school students. We continue to encourage and assist students in making responsible decisions so that they will strive to become successful life-long learners. In doing so, we provide support for the classroom teachers and encourage communication between parents and our school.
