During the 2023-2024 school year, Chippewa Valley Schools updated its Strategic Plan. The district engaged with staff and community members through a series of open-ended surveys focusing on three main topic areas collecting more than 3,900 responses. District staff met to analyze the data and collaborate with subject area experts to identify measurable goals and strategies. This Strategic Planning Guide represents our vision for the future and serves as a roadmap for implementing targeted strategies and programs to ensure continuous quality improvement.
