Extended Day Preschool

Provides learning opportunities throughout the day. Our Extended day program includes morning preschool for three and four year olds and is teacher guided with independent and group activities that support social & emotional development, literacy, math, science, language arts and more. 

Our extended day program is open from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm with a 12 hour weekly minimum requirement. Days and times must be selected at enrollment. Please note, drop in times are not available.

Children enrolling in the 3 and 4 year old classes must be 3 or 4 by September 1st of the incoming school year and fully potty trained. 

                 Typical Daily Routine 3's and 4's

7:00 - 9:00          Breakfast, tabletop games, free play

9:00-9:10            Clean up

9:10-9:30            Group time, calendar, morning message, letter of the day, star of the                                 day, discuss theme of the week

9:30-9:45            Music

9:45-9:50            Wash hands for snack

9:50-10:10          Snack time

10:10-10:20        Story time

10:20-11:20        Work, art ,and centers

11:20-11:25        Clean up

11:25-11:40        Large group activity

11:40-12:00       Outside / gym time

12:00-12:30       Wash hands and eat lunch

12:30-1:00         Bathroom and get ready for rest time

1:00-2:30           Rest time

2:30-3:00           Clean up from rest, coloring, and puzzles

3:00-3:20           Wash hands and have afternoon snack

3:20-3:30           Story time

3:30-4:00           Art, table toys, and small group activates

4:00-4:30           Outside / gym time

4:30-6:00           Free Play
